A truly comprehensive kit designed to meet the specific needs of the hybrid and battery electric high voltage vehicle workshop, including all necessary tools and safety equipment. The kit comes with a complete set of insulated high voltage hand tools and test instruments designed for use on hybrid/EV vehicles. Supplied in a heavy duty 7 drawer lockable tool cabinet with a 6 drawer top chest to keep tools organised and secure. The cabinet stack is made from cold rolled steel with a durable powder coat finish, the drawers have roller bearing runners and 2 fixed and 2 swivel/brake wheels for easy manoeuvrability around the workshop. There are also customised external supports for storing safety barrier posts and bases, together with a bracket for the insulated rescue pole (included).

Comprehensive 100 piece hybrid/EV insulated tool set VDE/GS & IEC60900 approved. All tools also available separately.
Kit supplied in a customised, lockable 7 drawer roller storage cabinet with 6 drawer top chest.
Selection of high voltage test instruments probes & leads (IEC60900 for tools & CAT III/IV for insulation testing).
Full set of workshop and vehicle safety equipment including barrier chain set, warning signs for walls and vehicles, safety rescue pole, vehicle lockout & warning tags, nylon padlocks & timer for shutdown procedures.
Hybrid/EV specific personal safety equipment, arc flash face shield, insulated shrouding, cable-end shrouds, clamps & floor matting for 1000V safe working.
